ECONOMIST SAYS TUITION AND EXAM FEE MEASURES WILL ‘REDOUND TO THE BENEFIT OF A&B’
One of the region’s leading economists has welcomed the government’s plan to cover fees for examinations administered by CXC, waive tuition at ABCAS and eventually make UWI Five Islands tuition-free.
Principal of UWI Five Islands Campus Professor C. Justin Robinson believes this will pay off big for Antigua and Barbuda in the years ahead.
He spoke with ABS moments after the prime minister delivered the budget statement in Parliament on Thursday.
