Expectant Mother Dies Suddenly

The Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the sudden death of a 34 year old woman of All Saints, who died shortly after arriving at the Mount St. Johns Medical Center on Monday night.

It was reported that the expectant mother of 7 months, who resides with her mother in All Saints, complained of feeling unwell Monday morning.

Reports are that after being seen by a physician during the day, she later returned home.

The young lady reportedly complained further of chest pains and headaches among other ailments, and had to be rushed to the hospital by the EMS.

While there, efforts were made to resuscitate her and her unborn fetus, but were proven unsuccessful. She died shortly after.

A post mortem examination is expected to determine the cause of death.

The incident took place around 11:30pm.
