More vulnerable families are benefiting from the distribution of building materials under the government’s expanded Home Advancement Programme for the Indigent (HAPI) initiative.
Three families in the Point community were the latest to receive assistance on Sunday, under the government’s social assistance programme.
The initiative is helping individuals to improve the condition of their homes, after the government purchased the materials for over XCD$1 million last year.
