FAMILY GRATEFUL FOR URGENT ASSISTANCE FROM CALVIN AYRE FOUNDATION, MBS

The family of seven-year-old G’Ani Bridgewater, who was diagnosed with an aggressive form of pneumonia, is expressing gratitude for crucial assistance.

The Calvin Ayre Foundation and Medical Benefits Scheme collaborated for the child to receive critical medical attention he urgently needed in Martinique.

G’Ani and his parents, Leoma Prince and Gerald Bridgewater, were airlifted to Martinique aboard a medically-equipped Calvinair Helicopter, for specialized treatment.

The Medical Benefits Scheme mobilized financial support, but a significant shortfall threatened to delay the mission.

The Calvin Ayre Foundation stepped in, covering nearly US$22,000 of the US$31,540 total cost.

Before they lifted off, G’Ani’s mother shared her family’s gratitude.
