FAMILY REELS FROM DEATH OF 51 YEAR OLD WINSTON CHARLES WHILE LINE FISHING

A family in Table Hill Gardens is in mourning following the tragic death of their loved one, Winston Charles on Sunday.
The Antigua and Barbuda Defence Force says it received reports at 6:56 Sunday morning that Charles had fallen into the water near the Pillars of Hercules while he and another man were line fishing. The report received by the Coast Guard indicated Charles could not swim and was in distress.
The lifeless body of the 51 year old was later pulled from the water by a Coast Guard diver at 8:58am.
