FAMILY REELS FROM FIERY DESTRUCTION ON WIRELESS ROAD

A family is trying to figure out their next steps after a fire razed their home on wireless road Saturday morning.

David James, his fiance and their two children lost everything in the blaze; fortunately, no one was injured.

The St John’s Fire Station received reports of fire coming from the concrete and wooden structure on Wireless Road.

When firefighters arrived, the house was already fully engulfed.

They brought the fire under control but the almost 1200-square-foot structure and its contents were destroyed.

James spoke with ABS News about how his family is handling the aftermath.

Despite the devastation, James says he’s focused on keeping his family together and remaining grateful.
