FORMER BARBUDA MP ARTHUR NIBBS REACTS TO PRIVY COUNCIL RULING

Former Member of Parliament for Barbuda, Arthur Nibbs says after doing his own research, this week’s ruling by the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council had been expected.
This country’s highest appellate court dismissed an appeal by two Barbudans challenging the constitutionality of the Paradise Found Act of 2015.
