Christopher Smithers was celebrating his love for Antigua and Barbuda when he was murdered this week.
That’s according to Craig Ryan who tells ABS News his long-time Canadian friend was one of the first persons to benefit from the Government’s immigration amnesty programme, which began Tuesday of this week.
