Antigua and Barbuda’s Ambassador to the United States, Sir Ronald Sanders believes lockdowns in response to COVID-19 are a thing of the past.
He argues that’s because of the immense economic burden they place on countries.
The diplomat made the comments during an extended interview with ABS.
