GOVERNMENT ANNOUNCES FIRST STARTER HOME “JUST ABOUT COMPLETE”

The government says there has been a further spike in interest in its starter homes for those on low incomes.
It says this has come in the wake of Housing Minister Hon. Maria Browne releasing photographs of the first starter home said to be just about complete.
Each home is expected to cost $125,000.00 and will see beneficiaries paying a monthly mortgage of between $800.00 to $1,0000.00.
The government has also assured of the capital outlay for the project and says it will be sustainable.
