The government says it sees no need for an external investigation into the matter of government vehicles that were purchased without cabinet authorization.

Director-general of communications in the Prime Minister’s Office Maurice Merchant says the focus is on recovering lost revenue, a process which he says has already resulted in millions being recovered.
