Should the government make special arrangements to assist in the repatriation of citizens or should it deny entry of citizens coming from COVID-19 hotspots?
Health Minister the Hon. Molwyn Joseph wants the public to consider these issues.
Since the COVID-19 pandemic, charter flights have been arranged to repatriate citizens stranded in Jamaica and the Dominican Republic.
Plans are now in train for a similar flight from Cuba.

The Minister says in two weeks, scores of Antiguans and Barbudans stranded in the United States will likely return when Jetblue resumes flights to this country.
