GROUND BROKEN FOR US$400M LUXURY RESORT ON JOLLY BEACH

Antigua and Barbuda is to welcome another luxury hotel brand as ground has been broken for a US$400 million Nikki Beach investment on Jolly Beach.

The Ayre Group, led by investment mogul Ambassador Calvin Ayre, and Nikki Beach Hospitality Group, are partnering to open Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Antigua.

It will also feature a beach club – Nikki Beach Antigua – as well as branded, private Nikki Beach residences.

Prime Minister, the Hon. Gaston Browne welcomes the new investment in the hospitality sector, saying it will bring even more cachet to the country’s tourism brand.

He also says the construction and operation of the properties will generate significant levels of economic activity.
