Groundbreaking for New Secondary School

November is earmarked for the groundbreaking of the Five Islands Secondary school, which is being financed by the People’s Republic of China.

Here’s Antigua and Barbuda’s Ambassador to China David Shoul.

Shoul says in spite of certain challenges which prolonged the delay, all the checks have been made and the project is ready to move forward.

The Ambassador added that the Chinese must be commended for giving grants to the twin island state, so that the government is able to put infrastructure in place to benefit the populace.
