HAPI INITIATIVE CONSTRUCTS NEW HOME FOR FIRE VICTIMS IN PARHAM

The Government’s Home Advancement Programme for the Indigent’ or HAPI has begun construction of a new home for a Parham family displaced by a recent fire.

The new 4-bedroom structure is being constructed within 48 hours.
