HEALTH MINISTER ASSURES OF HEIGHTENED SURVEILLANCE

Health Minister Hon. Sir Molwyn Joseph has outlined intensified surveillance amidst the threat posed by the Omicron variant of COVID-19.
Minister Joseph says some have surmised the variant could already be in the country, but there is as yet no confirmation.
He was contributing to the Parliamentary debate on Thursday to end the state of emergency.
