HEART Facility To Create New Jobs

St. John’s, Antigua – Telecommunications Minister Senator the Hon. Edmond Mansoor has said that the funds allocated for the construction new facilities to cater to the needs of the hearing and visual impaired will be closely monitored. Senator Mansoor says that additional funding from the World Bank in the amount of US ten million dollars has been put on hold pending the next general elections. He says the funds will be invested into job creation and develop entrepreneurship opportunities. Under the initiative, public servants, at all levels, are expected to be allocated computer tablets.
