HIGH PRAISES FOR HAPI INITIATIVE

Parliamentary representative for St. Philip’s North, the Hon. Sir Robin Yearwood has high praises for the Home Advancement Programme for the Indigent.
He shared his views while at the handover ceremony in his constituency.

Meanwhile, Inspector Veldon Ragguette who is the programme’s coordinator says HAPI is more than about providing homes.
