Jahfari Harper Charged in Connection with Multiple Larcenies

Police have arrested and charged 30-year-old Jahfari Harper of Gray’s Farm in connection with two separate incidents of larceny.
In the first incident, Harper is accused of stealing two backpacks, an Antigua and Barbuda passport, a birth certificate, a cheque book, a social security card, a power bank, two bunches of keys, and an undisclosed sum of money.
In a separate incident, he was charged for the larceny of a Louis Vuitton handbag, purse, and pouch, along with multiple identification cards, tools, and an undisclosed sum of money. The alleged incidents occurred on 18 September 2025.
He is expected to appear before the court to answer both charges.
The Police Administration continues to urge members of the public to remain vigilant and to promptly report any suspicious activities to the nearest police station or call 911.
