JUDICIAL COMMITTEE OF THE PRIVY COUNCIL BEGINS HEARING APPEAL BY BARBUDANS

The Judicial Committee of the Privy Council says it will rule as quickly as possible in an appeal from two Barbudans to the Paradise Found Act of 2015.
The appeal was brought by Barbuda Member of Parliament Trevor Walker and Mckenzie Frank with the Attorney General as respondent.
It is a high stakes case evidenced by the level of interest in the proceedings.
