LAMIN NEWTON THANKS PRIME MINISTER BROWNE FOR SENATE APPOINTMENT

Lamin Newton affirmed the oaths of office, allegiance and secrecy at Government House Friday morning, becoming the newest Government Senator.

Newton’s appointment to Parliament’s Upper House is the latest achievement on his path toward representing the Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party in All Saints East and St Luke in the next general elections.
