MET OFFICE AND NODS URGE VIGILANCE AS TROPICAL CYCLONE ALERT IS ISSUED

A tropical cyclone alert is in effect for Antigua and Barbuda as well as the rest of the Leeward and British Virgin Islands.
The Antigua and Barbuda Meteorological Services has issued the alert amidst heightened uncertainty regarding the eventual path of Tropical Storm Philippe, which is west of the Eastern Caribbean archipelago.
