MET OFFICE REVEALS SHIFT IN FORECAST TRACK FOR TROPICAL WAVE

The Antigua and Barbuda Meteorological Services says there has been a favourable development in the forecast track for the closer of two tropical waves in the Eastern Atlantic.

The Met Office says tropical disturbance #1 (orange) has a formation chance of 10% in 48 hours and 60% over 7 days. The Met Office says there has been a notable shift in its potential track, which now sees it moving away from the islands of the Eastern Caribbean.

The Met Office says disturbance #2 (yellow) has a formation chance of 30% in both 48 hours and 7 days.
