Minister Of National Security Places Action Plan In Order

With the alarming hike in crime and the heightened concerns of officials and citizens, action plans have been put in place to lower the country’s criminal activities.

Minister of National Security the Hon. Steadroy Benjamin says the defence force has joined the members of the Royal Police Force in around-the-clock patrols.

Benjamin says the presence of officers will be felt as they will be taking a no tolerance approach to criminal activities.

He noted that the government will take every step possible in safe-guarding the nation.

The country so far for 2014 has recorded 11 homicides.
