More Opportunities for Local Ownership of Tourism

In addition to the 55 lots available at Shell Beach for local purchase and investment in the local hospitality sector, Government is making even more investment opportunities available. 

Cabinet notes this week indicate some 50 acres of land at Willoughby Bay and 15 acres in the Royalton area will also now be available.  Additionally, condominiums at the soon-to-be refurbished Heritage Hotel will also become available for local purchase.  

It is all part of a strategic plan to foster more local ownership of the tourism industry.
