MORNING MAYHEM: TWO MID-MORNING ACTS OF CRIME AND VIOLENCE

Two masked robbers made their way onto the premises of the used tyre shop on Fort Road earlier today.

On a busy thoroughfare in the middle of the morning, the brazen thugs made off with approximately 2-hundred dollars in cash and three mobile phones from the staff.  One worker who caught early wind of the assault reports he hid in the back of one of the containers and desperately tried to reach the police.  

Luckily, there were no customers during the robbery.

Also early Wednesday, gunshots rang out at the Central Marketing Corporation (CMC) outlet on Valley Road.

While Security and other staff were hesitant to speak to our news team, they confirmed the incident took place.
