MOST PRIZE MONIES PAID TO CARNIVAL PARTICIPANTS

Minister for National Festivals Daryll Matthew says the government has made significant progress in settling payments owed to participants in last year’s Carnival.

He says payments to service providers will be dependent on government revenues.
