NEWEST REVERSE OSMOSIS PLANT BOOSTS WATER SUPPLY TO NORTHERN ANTIGUA
Antigua and Barbuda’s newest reverse osmosis plant has been officially opened, in another major milestone in the government’s efforts to address chronic water woes.
The plant at Barnacle Point produces 2 million gallons of water per day, improving water supply to northern sections of Antigua, which had been under-served for years.
The plant has been installed by US-based Seven Seas Water Group in an arrangement with the Antigua Public Utilities Authority.
