ONDCP Make Bust

Three men have been detained with the seizure of more 75 thousand dollars worth of cocaine. An Antiguan male 43, a Dominican Republic citizen who holds Antiguan nationality, 53, and national of the Dominican Republic, 35 national were detained in connection with the contraband on Tuesday.

The Office of National Drug and Money Laundering Control Policy (ONDCP) conducted an operation in the Fort Road area resulting in a seizure of approximately two Kilograms cocaine and slightly almost five pounds of cannabis.

80 rounds of ammunition was removed from the premises of one of the individuals pending further investigations. The drugs were discovered inside a vehicle driven by the 35 year old and occupied by the Antiguan national.

The men have been charged with Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Cocaine With Intent to Transfer, Being Concerned in the Supply of Cocaine, Possession of Cannabis Possession of Cannabis With Intent to Transfer and Being Concerned in the supply of Cannabis. They will be arraigned in the St. John’s Magistrate court on Today.
