ONE NATION CAN GROW INTO AN INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL – GOVERNMENT

Creative Industries Minister Hon. Daryll Matthew says the One Nation Caribbean Music Festival has the potential to become an international festival.

Minister Matthew tells ABS News, “One Nation is now a brand in Antigua and Barbuda…It is just going through the natural organic root of transitioning into becoming a bigger festival. The Prime Minister had a vision…and One Nation is in the perfect position to do so.”

Minister Matthew says One Nation may expand to a week in the future, including masterclasses with local producers and artistes.

The event, scheduled for Antigua Recreation Ground this weekend, started as a one-night concert and has since expanded into a two-night festival.

It promotes Caribbean unity through music under the banner: One people. One love. One Nation.
