Jubilation for round South in the Party Monarch competition at Carnival City.
Well it was billed a showdown between country and town and on this night, both winners were from the Old Road community.
Menace in the Groovy and Low Rider in the Jumpy whipped the crowds into a frenzy and copped the crowns.
