Phase 2 of The CHTAEF- Haiti Project Ends

Phase two of a four-part project between Haiti and the government of Antigua Barbuda came to an end on Monday.

As Letitia Henry reports the initiative was executed through the Caribbean Hotel & Tourism Association Education Foundation (CHTAEF).
