PLH WELCOMES HIGH COURT RULING ON ADVANCE LEASE PAYMENTS

Project lead for the Peace, Love and Happiness project in Barbuda, Justin Wilshaw has reacted to the recent High Court ruling in his favour.
The case had been brought by the Barbuda Council, which had claimed US$1M in lease payments from PLH.
The council is challenging the arrangement allowing for the PLH project to contribute to the airport’s construction with advance lease payments.
