PM BROWNE CHIDES ‘PAID MERCENARIES’ FOR SMEAR CAMPAIGN AGAINST A&B

Prime Minister Hon. Gaston Browne says Antiguans and Barbudans should be wary of attempts by the main opposition United Progressive Party to sully the country’s image abroad.

He says individuals in the diaspora have been paid to engage in protests outside the headquarters of the Organisation of American States, in Washington, D.C. The head of government accuses these individuals of being part of a disinformation campaign against the country, in the wake of the sale of the Alfa Nero superyacht.
