PM BROWNE IDENTIFIES DEFICIENCIES IN INTER-AMERICAN DEMOCRATIC CHARTER

CARICOM Chairman, Prime Minister the Hon. Gaston Browne has charged the Organization of American States to address deficiencies in the implementation of the Inter-American Democratic Charter.

This comes as the OAS celebrates the 20th anniversary of the charter that seeks to promote democracy in the hemisphere.
