PM BROWNE INTENSIFIES CALL FOR CLIMATE JUSTICE DURING GLOBAL CITIZEN EVENT

Prime Minister Hon. Gaston Browne has renewed calls for a loss and damage fund to be established to ensure the world’s biggest polluters pay for the effects of climate change.
He made the call as one of the main speakers at the annual Global Citizens Festival held Saturday evening in Central Park, New York.
It was held on the margins of the United Nations General Assembly, where the Prime Minister had earlier delivered a similar message last week.
