PM BROWNE POINTS TO ‘WORRYING TIMES’ FROM TARIFF TIFF; URGES RESIDENTS TO REMAIN RESILIENT

Prime Minister Hon. Gaston Browne says rising global trade tensions constitute worrying times for Antigua and Barbuda and the region, but is urging Antiguans and Barbudans to remain resilient.

The head of government was speaking in an interview with ABS News Thursday afternoon, on the heels of the imposition of sweeping import taxes by United States President Donald Trump.
