PM BROWNE SAYS SOME CARICOM COUNTRIES ARE ACTING TO DESTROY LIAT

Prime Minister Hon. Gaston Browne says some countries in the region have acted in a way to destroy Antigua-based airline, LIAT.
He is also concerned that some Caricom countries “want it all” and should temper their ambition, as he points to insularity in the regional bloc.
Prime Minister Browne, who is responsible for services in the Caricom quasi-cabinet, made the comments during a presentation beamed across Caricom member states from St John’s on Friday.
