PM reflects on history during his Independence day message

Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda used his 2013 Independence address to reflect on the country’s emancipation, economic strides, Caribbean integration and youth empowerment. Dr. the Hon. Baldwin Spencer noted that history has shown that the celebration of emancipation and independence are intrinsically linked as they share a common past and a common destiny.
