PM Spencer pays Tribute to Former Trinidad & Tobago PM and President

Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda, Dr. Hon. Winston Baldwin Spencer, is paying tribute to former Prime Minster and President of Trinidad and Tobago, Arthur Napoleon Raymond Robinson who has died at the of age 87.

Prime Minister Spencer calls A.N.R. Robinson a leader who made a major contribution to his country during some of its most difficult times.
