Police Cautions Jam Bands

As the Carnival season approaches the Police have issued a warning to Jam Bands, Mas Troupes and Groups who are participating in the Carnival Celebrations to properly secure their trailers. A warning also for vehicle users to obey parking restrictions, exercise caution when using the streets and adhere to the rules set by the law men during the season.
