POLICE OFFICER TESTIFIES AT COLLEAGUES’ TRIAL

Police officer Paul Ralph says his colleagues Corporal Marcus Isadore and Constable Peter Lugay failed to follow procedure when they confiscated what appeared to be cannabis from men in 2017.

Officer Ralph gave testimony at Isadore and Lugay’s trial this morning.

In 2017, police charged the two officers with kidnapping, corruption and assault alleging they illegally detained and assaulted two men and could not account for Cannabis they seized from the men.

Officer Ralph testifies he was a part of a three-man task force with the two defendants.
