Miss Antigua Barbuda Asha Frank Is Carnival Grand Marshall

Miss Antigua and Barbuda continues to ride a wave of firsts.

After being the first Barbudan to win the inaugural pageant, she has now been named Grand Marshall of the Carnival Opening Parade.

She becomes the first person from the sister island to be afforded the privilege.
