Political Parties Debate Court Case as Results Are Awaited
The debate on the court’s decision continues to surface even on the day that it presented its ruling.
A panel that included United Progresive Party (UPP) Chairman and Attorney at Law, Leon Symester, A Representative Opposition Antigua Barbuda Labour Party (ABLP) Lionel “Max” Hurst, UPP Candidate for All Saints East St. Luke, Joan Messiah held the discussions on today’s (Mon) edition of GMAB.
Symester and Messiah share the view that it was expected that court should have given a ruling in a timelier manner and an election is pending.
They were speaking before reading the text of the ruling.
“Max” Hurst, ABLP Spokesperson, also had reactions to the matter.
