PRIMARY BAGGAGE SCREENING EQUIPMENT RESTORED TO SERVICE AT VCBIA

Antigua and Barbuda Airport Authority officials have confirmed the primary x-ray baggage screening machines at the V.C. Bird International Airport are back in operation.

The equipment used in handling luggage at the terminal, had been out of service for weeks.

ABAA Director of Operations, Joseph Samuel tells ABS News technicians carried out maintenance last week.
