Prime Minister Hon. Gaston Browne says Barbuda is poised to become the Caribbean’s marquee luxury destination.
He is upbeat about the island’s prospects for rapid economic development with more mega projects on the horizon.
Prime Minister Browne also makes it clear his government has no intention of carrying out a landgrab on the sister isle.
