PRIME MINISTER BROWNE DEFENDS HIS ADMINISTRATION’S WORK TO IMPROVE WATER PRODUCTION

Prime Minister Hon. Gaston Browne says his government has spent the most of any administration on increasing the country’s water production.
His comment comes as water supply has been a hot-button issue in political circles.
He says his administration had to pay 22 million dollars to Semcorp upon assuming office to get water production back up to 3 million gallons per day.
He says his ABLP government has since increased production by 4 million gallons per day to 7 million, despite some challenges.
