PRIME MINISTER BROWNE GALVANIZES SUPPORT FOR REGIONAL APPROACH TO CRIME

Prime Minister Hon. Gaston Browne is sounding the alarm about crime as a public health concern across the region.

Prime Minister Browne told fellow Caricom leaders there is a need for a regional approach to what he has called the “pernicious scourge” of crime.

He was speaking in Guyana on Friday during the second Regional Symposium on Crime and Violence as a Public Health issue.
