Prison Escapee Captured

Escaped prisoner, Shastri Lopez, 27 of Willikies, who escaped from Her Majesty’s Prison almost three weeks ago, is now back in police custody.

The Police, acting on a tip-off, captured Lopez around 5:30pm Monday, in New Winthorpes, in an abandoned house in an area known to many as Lamberts.

Lopez escaped from Her Majesty’s Prison on the morning of August 28th, after Prison Officers during one of their regular routine checks realized he was missing.
