PRISON OFFICIALS TO SHORTLY BEGIN USING CELLPHONE JAMMERS

Plans are moving ahead to limit cell phone use by inmates at His Majesty’s Prison.

Prison Superintendent, Lieutenent Colonel Trevor Pennyfeather says cell phone jammers will be used in coming weeks.

He says previous efforts to use the jammers were met with challenges, as ingenious prisoners sought to put a spanner in the works.
